Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy:
Formulate and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition:
Conduct market research, networking, and cold calling to discover new business opportunities.
Foster and sustain relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve and surpass sales goals through impactful promotion of products/services.
Demonstrate adept deal closures and skillful negotiation for mutually beneficial contract terms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
